“I began working with Ben when I was twenty years old, shortly after I was in an automobile accident. Physically, I was fine. Mentally and emotionally, however, I was a wreck.

Two years prior, I had been sexually assaulted. I was struggling with that trauma while in a toxic relationship. In addition to the panic attacks, I was often plagued by suicidal thoughts.
